1. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account & identity data — name, email address, country, and, where required for verification or payouts, identity documents and date of birth (KYC data).
  • Transaction data — records of evaluations purchased, fees paid, and payout details (the payment instrument itself is handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and activity within your dashboard and the trading interface.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us through support, email or chat.

2. How and why we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and provide the evaluation services;
  • To process payments and, where applicable, calculate and pay Rewards;
  • To verify your identity and comply with anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations;
  • To monitor trading activity for compliance with our program rules and to protect the integrity of the Service;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
  • To improve and secure our website and services;
  • To send you service-related communications and, where you have consented, marketing messages (which you can opt out of at any time).

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under one or more of the following GDPR legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); compliance with a legal obligation (for example KYC/AML and tax record-keeping); our legitimate interests (to secure the Service, prevent fraud and improve our offering, balanced against your rights); and your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (processors) who act on our instructions — for example payment processors, identity-verification providers, hosting, email and analytics providers, and our trading-data and platform partners;
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants and legal counsel in Cyprus;
  • Authorities where we are required to do so by law, regulation or valid legal process.

All processors are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and to process it only as instructed.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the website and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner and your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect the core functionality of the Service.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account and transaction records are retained for the duration of your relationship with us and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations under Cyprus and EU law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@boutiquefunded.com. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit and limiting access to personnel who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any incident promptly.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate.

12. Contact & complaints
