These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, evaluations and related services (together, the "Services") operated by GTT GlobalTradingTech LTD (registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 490682, registered office at Agias Elenis 4, Michaelides Building, 1st floor, Office 104, 1060 Nicosia, Cyprus), trading as BoutiqueFunded("BoutiqueFunded", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Important. BoutiqueFunded provides trading-skill evaluations in a fully simulated environment. All trading takes place on demo accounts using virtual capital. No real money is ever traded, deposited or managed on your behalf, no orders are sent to live markets, and we do not provide investment services, brokerage, portfolio management, investment advice, payment services or any regulated financial service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BoutiqueFunded. They apply together with the rules, parameters and product descriptions published for a specific product ("Program Rules"), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Funded Account Disclaimer and Complaints Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Program Rules of a product you have purchased, the Program Rules prevail for that product.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
In these Terms:
BoutiqueFunded offers access to simulated trading evaluations and, for successful participants, simulated funded accounts. The Services are designed to assess trading discipline, risk management and rule compliance. We do not provide live trading capital to you, we do not accept deposits for trading, and we do not execute trades on live markets for you.
Any references to "funded", "capital", "account size", "balance", "profit" or similar terms refer only to simulated conditions, virtual account values and contractual program rules, unless expressly stated otherwise. Rewards, if payable, are paid from our own resources as a contractual benefit and not from live-market trading profits.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require identity verification, including before granting a Simulated Funded Account or paying a Reward.
Each Evaluation is governed by its Program Rules, including objectives, maximum daily loss, maximum overall loss, trading days, permitted instruments, leverage and any other conditions. You must read and understand the Program Rules before purchasing. Failure to follow the Program Rules may result in the account being failed, suspended, reset or terminated without refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.
Passing an Evaluation does not create an employment, partnership, brokerage, investment-management or fiduciary relationship. A Simulated Funded Account remains a demo account. Reward eligibility, amounts, timing, caps and conditions are determined by the relevant Program Rules and our review procedures. We may withhold or reject a Reward where there is a breach of these Terms, the Program Rules, suspected manipulation, fraud, identity-verification failure, or any legal or compliance concern.
Evaluation fees are one-time fees for access to a digital service. Fees are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable charge. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable once the service has begun.

If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, the Program Rules or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your account, fail or close an Evaluation or Simulated Funded Account, cancel pending Rewards, refuse future services, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect BoutiqueFunded, other users and the integrity of the Services.
All website content, branding, designs, software, dashboards, documents, Program Rules and related materials are owned by or licensed to BoutiqueFunded. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal participation in the programs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the Services or materials without our written permission.
The Services may rely on third-party trading platforms, market-data feeds, payment providers, identity-verification providers, hosting services and other vendors. We are not responsible for outages, delays, data inaccuracies or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
BoutiqueFunded does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any educational content, examples, statistics, leaderboards or commentary are for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
Because all trading within the Services is simulated and uses virtual capital, the Services are not intended to constitute brokerage, investment management, payment services, deposit-taking, collective investment, crowdfunding or any other regulated financial service. Nothing in the Services creates a client-money, custody-like or fiduciary relationship.
Trading financial instruments in live markets involves significant risk. Although BoutiqueFunded evaluations are simulated, you acknowledge that trading concepts, strategies and habits developed through the Services may not translate into live-market success. Past performance, simulated performance, Evaluation results or Rewards do not guarantee future results.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, uninterrupted access and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or where consumer law prohibits limitation. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to BoutiqueFunded for the Evaluation giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or loss-of-profit damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoutiqueFunded, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms, where required by law, or where continued access would create legal, security, operational or reputational risk. Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and payment obligations — continue to apply.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and may update these Terms or the Program Rules from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date or by other reasonable means. Changes apply to new purchases and, where permitted, to continued use of the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Before commencing proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter; complaints are handled under our Complaints Policy.
These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are drafted in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
